Pros: 

Great Layout. Several sections and shorter sub-sections; you can go straight to what's personally relevant

None with regards to the content, though it could have been published in a bigger font.

When I read the backpage blurb I thought this book concentrated on how to find or set up a writing critique group. I'm glad to say it does a lot more.  If you look inside the book - physically, or using Amazon's 'look inside' tool- you'll see that the critique group is covered in two of seven sections (at the start and at the end). Becky Levine provides guidance on critiquing various genres of writing: fiction, non-fiction and books for young readers.
